Coordinate and oversee museum-related construction projects, manage collections tasks (inventory, cataloging, photography, condition reports), maintain project documentation and tracking, ensure compliance with collections care and safety protocols, liaise with Smithsonian and museum stakeholders, and support artifact housing and safe movement on-site.

Serve as the Owners Representative for VA healthcare construction projects from design through closeout. Monitor budgets, schedules, QA/inspection documentation, change management, contractor progress, and prepare analytical reports. Advise leadership on construction administration best practices, maintain tracking tools, and collaborate with clients, design teams, and contractors to ensure compliance and successful project delivery.
