Own new business sales across a defined DACH territory and named accounts. Build pipeline, qualify opportunities using MEDDICC, develop quantified business cases, and manage complex multi-stakeholder enterprise deals from first conversation through signature. Drive territory planning, forecasting, negotiation, price protection, and clean handoffs to Customer Success. The role targets SaaS and real estate or PropTech customers, with typical six-to-nine-month sales cycles and expansion potential across sites and countries.

Win new-logo enterprise accounts across UK warehousing, logistics, industrial real estate, and facilities management. Build outbound pipeline, engage C-suite and operational stakeholders, run complex sales cycles, navigate procurement, IT security, and legal reviews, and close multi-year software deals. Use MEDDICC, mutual action plans, disciplined forecasting, and business-case selling focused on operational cost, compliance, portfolio performance, and risk.

Provide first- and second-level application support for a facility management platform through email, phone, and ticketing systems. Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, coordinate resolutions, and collaborate with Product and Development teams. Create documentation, guides, and knowledge-base content; support user onboarding, training, webinars, and customer migrations. The role also contributes to continuous process improvement and requires hybrid work in Krakow or Warsaw.
