Manage daily office operations, correspondence, shipments, business travel, procurement, stock, suppliers, events, documentation, contracts, data entry, and administrative projects. The role requires coordinating logistics, maintaining records, tracking deadlines, supporting international teams, and improving operational processes while working independently in a hybrid Krakow office environment.

Design and deliver secure, high-performance PHP backend services, React features, enterprise integrations, and data import/export pipelines. Optimize PostgreSQL and application performance, co-own API contracts, conduct technical planning, review code, mentor developers, and support solutions through production. Collaborate with technical leads, QA, and platform teams while delivering custom functionality for multi-tenant enterprise clients.

Lead the technical direction of a new Technical Account Management team delivering enterprise customizations, integrations, migrations, and ongoing improvements. Own architecture, specifications, estimates, delivery practices, code quality, security, database performance, and client-facing technical communication. Mentor engineers, review code, improve testing and CI, and coordinate with platform teams while remaining hands-on in PHP and React development.
