Work with the QA team to create and maintain automated E2E and API tests, analyze and report bugs, monitor CI pipelines, participate in test planning and code reviews, and learn the team's test automation frameworks.

Work with the Product Design team on live B2B SaaS features: create wireframes, flows, prototypes in Figma, assist user research and usability testing, analyze product usage data, explore AI design tools, maintain the design system, and prepare developer handoffs.

Guide Mexico customers from configuration to go-live: prepare, clean and import data, configure SINGU modules, support testing/UAT, triage issues, document gaps, and handover to support/customer success.
