Identify and develop business leads in the life sciences sector, present company capabilities, prepare proposals and budgets, use CRM and company processes, partner with project teams for smooth transitions, and track/report BD performance.

Perform supplier qualification, audits, and ongoing monitoring to ensure GMP compliance. Maintain supplier files and approved lists, support internal and client audits, manage audit findings/CAPAs, and contribute to continuous improvement and SOPs. Interface cross-functionally and support inspection readiness.

Manage review, issuance, and release of batch records and protocols for manufacturing and QC/Development. Perform material dispositions, review lab records, author deviations/CAPAs/change controls, generate controlled labeling, write SOPs, produce quality metrics, support quality systems improvements, train QA staff, and interface with clients and cross-functional teams.
