Lead technical review and approval of complex tax returns and exams, serve as subject matter expert, manage client relationships, delegate and supervise tax preparers, represent clients before taxing authorities, support staff development and firm practice growth, and ensure timely, accurate billing and tax deliverables.

Perform audit and review procedures across multiple engagements including planning, fieldwork, and wrap-up. Assess client internal controls and risks, execute substantive and control testing, prepare workpapers and financial statement support, communicate findings, and provide guidance to junior staff.

The Tax Manager oversees tax return preparation, manages a team, advises clients on complex tax issues, and ensures timely and accurate tax services.
