Owns JIRA backlogs, sprint ceremonies, technical specifications, user stories, UAT validation, design-token compliance, analytics telemetry, and vendor execution. Translates Figma designs and customer workflows into clear engineering requirements, removes delivery blockers, coordinates augmented design and development teams, and enforces quality and release standards.
