Coordinate and execute programme operations including enrolment, billing, online teaching platforms, scheduling, stakeholder communications, student and lecturer support, reporting, and process improvement activities to ensure smooth programme delivery.

Leads alumni engagement initiatives, branding, marketing communications, partnerships, advocacy, mentoring, and alumni database management. Develops strategies to increase alumni and student participation, supports career and academic engagement, manages alumni technology adoption, and improves the alumni customer experience. Builds internal and external stakeholder relationships, oversees content and social media, and drives process improvements across alumni programs.

Reviews financial statements, journal entries, reconciliations, consolidations, audit materials, tax computations, and transfer pricing documentation for Singapore and Malaysia entities. Leads reporting, process improvement, accounting projects, and system enhancements while ensuring regulatory compliance. Provides technical guidance, coaching, and day-to-day leadership to analysts and collaborates with internal stakeholders, auditors, and tax advisors.
