Two-year marketing communications role supporting planning, coordination and execution of marketing/outreach campaigns and events. Collaborate with departments and student leaders, monitor budgets, provide procurement and administrative support, track industry trends, and assist with social media and digital marketing efforts to boost brand identity and engagement.

Lead stakeholder engagement and cross-agency coordination to plan and deliver the Singapore Grand Prix. Manage circuit infrastructure, city lighting, security, traffic, budget, and Joint Operations Command duties. Serve as STB representative on subcommittees, prepare papers and recommendations, and ensure operational readiness during race week.

Lead policy and programme reviews, coordinate annual workplans, build and maintain data reports, analyse administrative data, prepare papers and responses for senior management and ministries, provide secretariat support and improve knowledge management practices.
