Manage national health monitoring and surveillance platforms and studies, coordinating stakeholders and vendors to ensure high-quality data collection. Analyze diverse data sources, generate insights, develop recommendations for policy and strategy, and communicate findings through visualization and presentations. Lead cross-functional collaboration and contribute to reviews of health promotion strategies.

Supports production planning and execution for the Chingay Parade, including webcast and telecast coordination, stakeholder management, rehearsals, practices, fringe events, logistics, proposals, volunteers, performing groups, and parade-day operations. The role requires working under pressure, meeting tight timelines, and committing to irregular hours, including weekends.

Lead performance management and total rewards frameworks, manage appraisal cycles, promotions, merit increments and salary reviews; conduct market benchmarking and job evaluation; coach managers; partner with HR Systems and Data teams for analytics-driven decisions; collaborate on employee relations and ensure alignment with PSD and public sector HR guidelines.
