Lead and manage electrical and mechanical building-services contractors for underground MRT station construction. Oversee safety, quality, progress, contract cashflows, variations/payments/claims, and coordinate with project teams, designers, civil contractors, stakeholders and the railway operator.

Leads the development of behavioural and implementation science capabilities across public health initiatives. Applies these approaches to design, implement, and evaluate strategic health promotion interventions, builds organisational capability, and establishes partnerships with leading institutions and international networks. The role manages complex, cross-functional projects focused on translating evidence into population-scale impact.
