Develops, tests, and evaluates RF and mixed-signal devices and systems for drone autonomy. Responsibilities include schematic and PCB design, SPICE simulation, RF laboratory measurements, test-bench configuration, data analysis, and technical documentation. The role requires hands-on experience with high-frequency measurement equipment, precision SMD soldering, engineering CAD tools, and collaboration with development teams. Antenna measurement and automated testing using Python or MATLAB are preferred.

The Key Account Executive will manage strategic defense and UAV customer relationships, identify growth opportunities, and lead complex enterprise sales from initial engagement through contracting and production. Responsibilities include account planning, stakeholder mapping, market intelligence, negotiations, CRM management, forecasting, and coordinating executive involvement. The role requires frequent domestic and international travel and collaboration with technical and commercial teams to embed advanced UAV technologies within customer programs.

Leads internal IT across infrastructure and identity, service desk, and network teams. Owns the multi-year IT roadmap, budgets, vendors, governance, IAM maturity, network reliability, support metrics, compliance readiness, automation, and leadership development across the USA, EU, and Ukraine. Partners with Security, HR, and Legal on access, devices, onboarding, offboarding, and compliance while presenting technology strategy to executive stakeholders.
