Design, simulate, prototype, measure, and optimize antennas across 100 MHz to 10 GHz for autonomous platforms and communication systems. Conduct electromagnetic simulations, laboratory and field testing, and performance validation. Collaborate with RF, hardware, and mechanical engineers on compact device integration. Produce technical documentation and contribute to R&D initiatives involving advanced antenna architectures, beamforming, and MIMO systems.

Designs and develops RF and mixed-signal electronic devices from schematics through prototyping and manufacturing transfer. Responsibilities include high-frequency PCB layout, SPICE simulation, laboratory testing with RF measurement equipment, technical documentation, prototype assembly support, and DFM/DFT collaboration. The role also requires high-speed design knowledge, RF signal-path expertise, debugging skills, device certification experience, and familiarity with engineering project-management tools. This is a full-time, on-site position in Tampere, Finland, supporting UAV communications, navigation, and autonomy technologies.

Develop real-time embedded software for drone communication, navigation, and control systems. Responsibilities include implementing features, optimizing performance and reliability, integrating software with hardware, and collaborating across hardware and software teams. The role requires C/C++ programming, bare-metal development, microcontroller expertise, peripheral interfaces, debugging, electronics fundamentals, and circuit schematic literacy. The position is full-time and on-site in Tampere.
