Lead end-to-end hardware product lifecycle for radio/navigation products: define roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure on-time delivery and release readiness, assemble and manage engineering teams, communicate risks/status to leadership, and drive continuous improvement using data-driven decisions and mixed Waterfall/Scrum methodologies.

Provide end-user support for Windows and macOS environments, install and maintain workstations and peripherals, manage onboarding/offboarding and IT asset inventory, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, support VPN/RDP and Microsoft 365 services, and maintain IT documentation and service stability across company locations.

The Silicon Architect will lead the development of SoC architectures, drive technology selection, and collaborate across teams to design communication-optimized SoCs for wireless applications.
