Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and business roles: source, post, screen, interview, and close candidates in the U.S. market. Partner with hiring managers, improve recruitment processes, maintain talent pipelines, and support occasional international travel for hiring activities.

Assemble, solder, and repair low-voltage UAV hardware and prototypes; perform board-level diagnostics and component replacement; build cable harnesses and mechanical mounts; operate FDM 3D printers and perform basic CAD adjustments; support field tests and remote engineering teams; maintain workshop inventory and document technical changes.

The Silicon Architect will lead the development of SoC architectures, drive technology selection, and collaborate across teams to design communication-optimized SoCs for wireless applications.
