Identify and pursue new clients for multimedia advertising, build and maintain client relationships, craft tailored sales and marketing solutions, close deals and meet targets, analyze market opportunities, and support campaign success through client service and collaboration.

Provide onsite HR generalist support for multiple Pennsylvania TV stations: recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, HRIS management (Oracle), benefits and leave administration (FMLA), employee relations, compliance, recordkeeping, audits, trainings, and occasional overnight travel to other stations.

Provide hands-on support for broadcast and business IT systems: maintain servers, workstations, transmitters, master control and video equipment; manage LAN/WAN and network security; apply updates; perform inventory; support News Department technical needs; maintain digital telephone system and respond to on-call issues.
