Build and operate Sinclair’s enterprise Snowflake data platform, developing production pipelines, integrations, ELT models, data quality controls, observability, governance, and performance optimizations. The role requires hands-on Snowflake, Openflow, SQL, and Python expertise, production troubleshooting, enterprise integrations, deployment practices, and collaboration across technical and business teams. This is an on-site position in Hunt Valley, Maryland.

Leads solutions marketing strategy for complex sales opportunities, RFPs, RFIs, and client pitches. Translates customer challenges, research, market dynamics, and business objectives into integrated solutions and executive-level narratives. Manages and develops a Solutions Marketing team, establishes support processes, partners with Sales, Marketing, Product, Research, and Creative, and measures impact through pipeline progression and revenue outcomes.

Manage and optimize paid search and YouTube campaigns across Google and Bing to improve client ROI and performance. Responsibilities include campaign creation, keyword selection, ad copywriting, conversion tracking, KPI analysis, reporting, competitive research, client strategy recommendations, internal collaboration, process documentation, and vendor relationship management.
