Support sales and marketing for the DACH market: generate and qualify leads, call prospects, run mailing campaigns, analyze sales data and market trends, and help execute strategic sales plans while ensuring a strong customer experience. Minimum 4-6 month commitment; German and English required.

Identify and research leads across the Benelux, perform cold outreach (calls, email, social), set appointments for Account Executives, maintain CRM pipeline, and continuously build industry knowledge to support sales growth.

Support the Customer Success team by onboarding new customers and their supply chain data, listening to customer needs, providing ongoing support, and helping develop initiatives to improve customer relationships and retention.
