Build and run Simvia’s in-house recruiting function, sourcing candidates across sales, customer success, product, and engineering. Establish recruitment processes, interview templates, and scorecards; manage multiple hiring pipelines; ensure timely stakeholder feedback; track recruiting metrics; and improve sourcing effectiveness. The role also supports People & Culture events during quieter hiring periods.

Create written, visual, and video content; manage organic social media; support LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email, and demand-generation campaigns; experiment with AI-powered workflows; and track marketing performance. The intern will help develop content calendars, produce marketing assets, analyze campaign results, improve marketing processes, and support brand awareness and lead generation.

Create written, visual, and video content for social media, email, websites, customer stories, and campaigns. Support organic social management, paid advertising, marketing operations, reporting, lead tracking, and performance analysis. Experiment with AI-powered content workflows and creative formats while helping build repeatable marketing processes. The role requires fluent German and English, strong communication skills, familiarity with content and design tools, and an interest in digital and growth marketing.
