Designs, maintains, and expands the Navy Reserve’s authoritative data ecosystem. Responsibilities include managing enterprise data pipelines, architectures, observability, governance, automated data feeds, integration strategies, capability gap analysis, vulnerability identification, and legacy-system modernization. The role requires coding and data-platform experience with Python, PySpark, JavaScript, SQL, Databricks, Advana, Jupyter, and Alchemy, plus an active Secret clearance and daily on-site work in Virginia Beach.

Performs integration and software testing for U.S. Navy Electronic Warfare systems interfacing with AEGIS, SSDS, and other subsystems. Develops test cases, procedures, and technical documentation; evaluates results; recommends design or production changes; and provides subject-matter expertise. Requires threat-system analysis or Navy Electronic Warfare experience, active Interim Secret clearance, and U.S. citizenship for clearance eligibility.

Develop embedded software for microcontrollers and applications for Android and desktop platforms. Build, test, debug, and support hardware-software integrations, communication protocols, and network functionality. Conduct low-level troubleshooting using oscilloscopes and logic analyzers, support system testing at local and external sites, and collaborate with government teams on fielded weapon and command-and-control systems. The role is on-site and requires an active Secret clearance.
