Lead business ownership and governance of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management for a pharmaceutical manufacturing site. Drive ERP roadmap, process optimization, validation, data governance, integrations, KPI reporting, user training, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure GMP compliance, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Supports supply chain readiness across multiple buildings by maintaining ERP and item master data, validating material and production requirements, preparing inventory and KPI reports, monitoring supply risks, and coordinating issue resolution with manufacturing, quality, warehouse, procurement, and technical teams. The role also supports S&OP, SOP development, inventory accuracy, production orders, sales orders, and cross-functional operational reviews.
