Leads the site reliability engineering program for pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. Develops reliability strategy, RCM, asset lifecycle, predictive and preventive maintenance, condition monitoring, and continuous improvement programs. Oversees critical utilities, facilities, equipment performance, regulatory compliance, validation, inspections, capital projects, reliability metrics, and digital maintenance initiatives. Partners with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Facilities, Supply Chain, and EHS teams to improve uptime, return-to-service performance, safety, product quality, and GMP compliance.

Partners with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals. Responsibilities include talent management, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, compliance, HR analytics, workforce planning, investigations, and employee engagement. The role supports a 24/7 manufacturing operation and requires onsite work in Bloomington, Indiana.

Manage the company’s Foreign Trade Zone program, ensuring compliance with CBP regulations and FTZ Board requirements. Oversee admissions, transfers, exports, inventory reconciliation, regulatory reporting, SOPs, audits, training, and system enhancements. Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, government agencies, and internal supply chain, finance, legal, IT, and warehouse teams. Support FTZ activations and expansions while leading and developing employees.
