Supports daily SOC operations by monitoring, triaging, investigating, and responding to security alerts across endpoint, network, identity, and cloud environments. Performs threat hunting, vulnerability management, detection engineering, security-tool administration, threat-intelligence analysis, incident-response documentation, and security-awareness testing. Requires bilingual English and Spanish communication, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and 2–4 years of information-security experience.

Leads AI-centric threat hunting initiatives, integrates agentic capabilities into cybersecurity environments, advises customers, and mentors global security teams. Develops threat-hunting methodologies, detection rules, dashboards, and cybersecurity range scenarios. Analyzes telemetry and large datasets using SIEM and EDR tools, supports incident response and digital forensics, facilitates Blue Team exercises, and communicates complex security risks to technical and non-technical audiences. Travel is expected for customer assessments and events.

Provide hands-on IT systems administration and end-user support in a global cloud environment. Administer SaaS applications, identities, licenses, and endpoints using Intune and Addigy. Build onboarding and offboarding automation with JavaScript, Node.js, PowerShell, Bash, and REST APIs. Troubleshoot software, hardware, network, and identity issues; maintain documentation; and improve processes through root-cause analysis and standardized workflows.
