Operate and monitor malting plant machinery, perform quality checks, handle and move grain, drive FLTs and site LGVs for internal movement and dispatch, work rotating shifts and follow safety and quality procedures.

Lead HR function as a business partner across the company: deliver end-to-end HR services, advise leadership on policy and employment law, manage a small HR team, drive continuous improvement, support workforce issues, oversee pay and benefits, and travel between sites.

Manage the back-end of malting production: bagging, palletising, storage, and loading for UK and export. Ensure product quality, health & safety, team leadership, continuous improvement, and performance against metrics. Provide out-of-hours support and participate in a weekend management rota. Drive process improvements and develop malting/process knowledge to meet customer expectations.

Manage a portion of a 24/7 malting production site, ensuring product quality, operator safety, process improvement, and performance metrics. Lead and develop teams, support continuous improvement and lean initiatives, handle out-of-hours calls and participate in weekend rota, and grow technical knowledge of malting processes.

Manage a portfolio of manufacturing projects from inception to completion, delivering on time and budget. Plan resources, track costs, coordinate contractors and stakeholders, ensure HSE compliance, perform quality audits, and produce project documentation and delivery plans.
