Provides on-site Level 1 and Level 2 IT support across multiple offices. Responsibilities include resolving and documenting employee incidents, maintaining workstations, operating systems, applications, and network devices, improving helpdesk processes, supporting internal IT controls, creating knowledgebase content, and administering network security access. The role requires domestic and international travel of up to 10% and is based full-time in Columbus, Ohio.

Receive and respond to customer orders and product inquiries, provide pricing and shipment information, offer limited technical assistance, enter and convert orders, track shipments, price special orders, and coordinate with production, shipping, and branch teams to fulfill customer needs accurately and on time.

Manage national retail and co-op accounts across Utah, Idaho, and Montana by growing sales, maintaining customer relationships, coordinating retail programs, analyzing point-of-sale activity, and supporting marketing and merchandising initiatives. Lead product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops while partnering with sales, marketing, product management, and regional teams. Travel domestically and internationally up to 50% and maintain CRM, planning, reporting, and company vehicle responsibilities.
