Own the long-term success, retention, and commercial growth of strategic enterprise accounts. Build executive relationships, develop joint success plans, run business reviews, mitigate renewal risk, drive upsell/cross-sell and expansion, negotiate complex deals, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain commercial records and playbooks to maximize net revenue retention.
