Processes and maintains customer orders, contracts, amendments, renewals, payments, and commercial enquiries. Coordinates customer handoffs to implementation and operations teams, resolves contract queries, maintains CRM records, performs billing and data audits, and assesses new customer financial health. Requires strong organization, communication, adaptability, attention to detail, and Salesforce or similar CRM experience.

Lead product vision and strategy, build and coach product teams, remove process impediments, scale best practices across teams, make cross-functional tradeoffs, represent the company at industry events, and create a collaborative, employee-centric environment.

Conduct high-velocity, consultative sales with existing Simpro customers to demonstrate Simpro Lightning, run full sales cycles (often closing in 1-2 calls), manage a pipeline and quota, handle objections and negotiate to close upgrades.
