Oversee daily operations of two orthodontic offices, including scheduling, patient flow, insurance verification, billing, financial communication, reporting, payroll inputs, team leadership, and performance management. Partner with the dentist, treatment coordinator, clinical staff, and leadership to improve treatment starts, case acceptance, patient satisfaction, productivity, collections, and practice growth.

Provide high-quality orthodontic care across two MA locations, working independently and with a clinical team. Use modern imaging (iTero, CBCT), meet patient service and production goals, participate in mentorship and study clubs, and support practice standards and compliance.

Provide orthodontic care across two Massachusetts offices, including patient diagnosis, treatment planning, and appliance management. Collaborate with a team, participate in mentorship and study clubs, use iTero and CBCT technology, and travel between Ludlow and West Brookfield offices.
