Design, build, maintain, and own backend cloud systems for large-scale real-time video streaming and recording. Drive architecture and implementation, write and review code, mentor engineers, optimize performance, document systems, automate operations, and provide on-call support. The role requires extensive distributed-systems and cloud experience, deep video-streaming expertise, and technical leadership.

Leads SimpliSafe’s ecommerce product design organization, setting digital experience vision and strategy while managing designers and researchers. Owns ecommerce design system governance, design-to-code processes, and CMS/front-end replatforming support. Champions responsible AI adoption across design and research workflows, partners with Growth, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Brand, and drives research- and experimentation-based UX improvements. Builds and develops high-performing teams, ensures brand and accessibility alignment, and delivers measurable customer and business outcomes.

Owns billing system administration and optimization across Zuora and order-to-cash applications. Designs controls, manages configurations and integrations, documents requirements and procedures, monitors process effectiveness, and recommends improvements. Partners with Finance, Tax, CX, eCommerce, and engineering teams on testing, releases, stakeholder approvals, and operational risk reduction. Establishes system administration standards and supports accurate, efficient billing and payment operations.
