Financial + Retirement
401(K)
401(k) contributions are automatically deducted from your paycheck each pay period and are invested at your discretion.
401(K) matching
We 100% match if the election is 3% or less of total compensation, and 50% if the election is greater than 3%, but less than or equal to 5% of total compensation.
