Own the Android app end to end, including architecture, performance, releases, app store presence, experimentation, and roadmap. Lead and mentor mobile engineers, establish technical direction, and deliver polished native experiences. Partner with engineering and product leadership on growth, onboarding, and retention initiatives. Ship, instrument, measure, and iterate quickly in a PLG and A/B testing environment, while helping scale the mobile team.

Develop and maintain Playwright end-to-end test suites for web and mobile platforms. Create automated tests for new features and workflows, assess usability, performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility, and improve test infrastructure. Collaborate with developers, designers, and product owners on test strategies, while staying current with testing practices and helping lead test teams.

Manage lifecycle communications for a consumer AI education platform, including email and push notification campaigns. Conduct frequent A/B testing, operate or analyze campaigns using Mixpanel, Customer.io, and PostHog, and improve student engagement and retention. The role is remote within Europe and available as either full-time employment or an independent contractor arrangement.
