Manage lifecycle communications for a consumer AI education platform, including email and push notification campaigns. Conduct frequent A/B testing, operate or analyze campaigns using Mixpanel, Customer.io, and PostHog, and improve student engagement and retention. The role is remote within Europe and available as either full-time employment or an independent contractor arrangement.

Own the full SaaS sales cycle from prospecting through close, selling SimpleStudy to schools, building customer relationships, consistently exceeding quota, and helping establish the company’s sales playbook and team as it scales.

Own end-to-end product design for a consumer AI education platform, from framing ambiguous problems through shipping and iteration. Partner with founders and the broader team on product direction, roadmap priorities, and design philosophy. Lead onboarding, social and viral loops, retention, and growth experiences in a PLG and A/B testing environment. Contribute to shaping the future design team while maintaining strong craft across mobile and web.
