Build AI-training products from acquired codebases, workspaces, and databases. Develop reinforcement-learning environments, agentic task suites, evaluations, verifiers, benchmarks, and training datasets. Create reproducible pipelines using repository ingestion, test harnesses, Docker sandboxes, reward scripts, and QA tooling. Collaborate with AI labs and buyers, identify commercial opportunities, and protect sensitive data through strong security, privacy, licensing, and PII practices.

Own and expand strategic buyer partnerships for AssetHub across AI labs, RL environment builders, data vendors, labeling firms, and enterprise AI teams. Originate demand, structure and negotiate licensing agreements, close recurring commercial deals, and translate buyer needs into asset sourcing and packaging. The role also develops scalable partnership processes, pipeline infrastructure, and commercial strategy while engaging senior technical and business stakeholders in the AI ecosystem.

Own the AssetHub seller lifecycle from outreach through deal close. Maximize asset supply, guide founders through sales, identify and resolve process bottlenecks, and build automated workflows using AI and CRM tools. Partner cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, engineering, legal, and finance to improve seller experience, scale operations, and launch new offerings.
