The SMB Account Executive will identify and qualify prospects, conduct inbound and outbound outreach, lead discovery calls and demonstrations, manage follow-ups, maintain CRM records, and support deal progression and closing. The role collaborates with Marketing, gathers customer feedback, monitors market trends, and meets pipeline and activity goals while developing B2B SaaS sales skills through coaching.

Provide business-oriented legal advice across sales, operations, and partnerships; draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements; support sales and customer-facing legal communications; research expansion into new U.S. jurisdictions; identify legal risks and mitigation strategies; build templates, playbooks, and processes; review marketing materials for compliance; coordinate with outside counsel and take on projects as the company scales.

Serve as primary client contact guiding founders through company dissolution. Document and optimize processes, coordinate with internal teams and external parties, gather client documentation, provide empathetic customer support, and maintain accurate records while using remote tools to deliver scalable shutdown services.
