Simple Tire

In 2012, brothers Andy and Josh Chalofsky developed the concept for SimpleTire while working in their family’s brick-and-mortar tire store. They realized that the customer wasn’t able to make the best tire replacement decision for their vehicles due to the limited selection of tires available in their area. Second, they saw an opportunity to create a better end-to-end tire replacement experience - making it more convenient and easier to understand, so that the customer feels confident with their purchase. With business partner Kenny Pratt, they successfully converted a traditional tire sales business model into a technology-driven model, linking independent tire distributors and installers across the country into one seamless e-commerce network. With over 300 brands with the best prices and 20,000 installation partners, SimpleTire provides a seamless end-to-end tire replacement experience where customers can pay for tires and services online. In 2021 Karthik Iyer joined SimpleTire as the first president of the organization.
