Provides technical leadership for SAP implementation, upgrade, migration, transformation, integration, development, and production support initiatives. Designs SAP architectures, oversees ABAP, Fiori, BTP, and integration solutions, leads technical workstreams, and supports ECC-to-S/4HANA conversions. The role manages onsite, offshore, and vendor teams, coordinates project delivery and governance, mentors technical staff, resolves complex issues, and drives system optimization, cutover, and go-live activities.

Develop and maintain C# and .NET software for a Windows endpoint management platform. Responsibilities include architecture, feature delivery, testing, code review, deployment support, production troubleshooting, security, performance, observability, and root-cause analysis. The role also contributes to Windows system internals, endpoint administration, image building, Power BI, Intune, cloud integrations, and technical mentorship while using AI-assisted engineering responsibly.

Designs and executes QA test plans for Windows applications, systems, endpoint management solutions, software packages, virtual machines, and enterprise IT workflows. Validates Intune deployments, Windows OS configurations, Hyper-V environments, file permissions, installations, upgrades, and system performance. Troubleshoots issues, documents defects, supports root cause analysis, and collaborates with development teams. The role also provides Windows administration and IT support while contributing to automation initiatives.
