Recruit and interview candidates, develop staffing plans, manage hiring from offer through onboarding, build candidate pipelines, coordinate job fairs and community events, and monitor recruitment advertising. The role partners with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, delivers orientations, manages paperless recruiting operations, and ensures facility staffing requirements are met.

Recruits high-volume light industrial candidates by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing hiring through onboarding. Builds candidate pipelines through community networking, job fairs, advertising, and grassroots outreach. Partners with hiring managers, maintains accurate ATS records, monitors recruiting campaigns, supports compliance, manages candidate data, resolves escalations, and communicates recruitment progress to stakeholders. Requires bilingual English/Spanish communication and strong relationship-management skills.

Supervises 35–50 associates in a logistics distribution warehouse, coordinating daily workflows, order volumes, customer service, training, safety, productivity, quality, and employee performance. Maintains operational documents and metrics, implements efficiency improvements, protects inventory, and communicates with operations management regarding staffing and policy matters. Ensures workload specifications, production standards, and service levels are consistently achieved.
