Develops, deploys, and maintains software and infrastructure supporting scientific computing and data-intensive research. Works with scientists to build cloud, Linux, containerized, distributed, and GPU-enabled solutions; troubleshoots applications and workflows; optimizes performance and resource utilization; develops automation, APIs, monitoring, and operational tools; and supports reproducible computational and machine-learning workflows across on-premises and cloud environments.

Leads complex, cross-functional Informatics projects from planning through delivery. Develops project plans, milestones, responsibilities, resource strategies, and risk mitigation plans; coordinates software, product, bioinformatics, scientific, and study teams; tracks dependencies, deliverables, and project health; maintains documentation and status reporting; facilitates planning meetings; manages Jira, Confluence, or similar systems; and improves project delivery practices across the Informatics portfolio.
