Manages administrative operations for a center management office, including staff support, accounts payable and receivable, procurement cards, petty cash, budgeting, leasing administration, fleet management, agreements, office supplies, reports, marketing support, payroll, and hiring assistance. Requires strong organization, communication, customer service, financial understanding, and proficiency with Yardi, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, DocuSign, and Workday.

Lead the enterprise cybersecurity, cyber-risk, and data privacy program across corporate systems, operational technology, cloud environments, and customer-facing platforms. Set security strategy, report risk to executives and the Board, oversee AI governance, security operations, incident response, privacy, compliance, vendor risk, and resilience. Build a high-performing security team and partner with Legal, Finance, Operations, Audit, and business leaders to strengthen security culture and enable business objectives.

Designs, implements, and supports enterprise identity and access management across cloud, SaaS, on-premises, and hybrid environments. The role engineers authentication, identity governance, privileged access, Zero Trust controls, lifecycle processes, and secure application integrations. Responsibilities include monitoring identity risks, investigating incidents, automating provisioning and remediation, maintaining identity platforms, supporting audits, and communicating security recommendations to stakeholders.
