Supports marketing team by coordinating promotions and events, maintaining the mall website and social media, collecting tenant sales data, assisting with contracts and purchase orders, supporting sponsorships and reporting, and helping administrative functions and community programs.

Provide office management and administrative support for center management, handling accounts payable/receivable, lease administration in Salesforce, fleet program administration, document and agreement tracking, supplies and payroll support, and assist with hiring/training of administrative staff.

Oversee all operational functions for the center including maintenance, grounds, custodial, safety, capital planning, vendor and contractor management, budgets, emergency response, and regulatory compliance to ensure a clean, safe, and profitable shopping environment.
