Provide administrative support to the Legal Development department: maintain physical and electronic files, process invoices and purchase orders, update TyMetrix and SharePoint, prepare mailings and execution memos, schedule meetings and travel, support document uploads and workflows, and assist with data collection and reporting.

Assist in coordinating marketing efforts, promotions, and special events while maintaining communication with tenants and the public.

Sell Simon media, sponsorships, events, and experiential programs to brands, agencies, and local businesses. Build and maintain client relationships, create media recommendations, meet/exceed revenue targets, manage forecasting, execute leases and receivables, ensure flawless program execution, and coordinate with property and corporate teams. Some overnight travel required.
