The role requires independent prioritization, financial understanding, strong organization, customer service, communication, and supervisory skills.

Supports mall marketing programs, promotions, events, sponsorships, retailer relations, and community initiatives. Maintains website, social media, and marketing collateral; collects tenant sales reports; assists with contracts, purchase orders, approvals, payments, renewals, forecasting, and results reporting. Provides administrative support and coordinates with marketing leadership, mall management, tenants, customers, and community partners.
