Supports the Director of Business Development and Marketing with growth initiatives, firm events, marketing execution, communications, CRM management, website updates, employer branding, sponsorships, budget tracking, proposals, presentations, and executive administration. The role also edits and proofreads content, maintains marketing materials and inventory, coordinates prospect and client activities, and handles confidential information in a flexible, fast-paced professional services environment.

Provide proactive administrative support to Client Service Team and Lead Advisors: manage calendars, travel, client communications, billing/reporting, financial tasks, event and proposal support, train staff, suggest process improvements, and assist reception while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Serve as trusted advisor for agribusiness clients by delivering accounting, tax, and advisory services; lead and execute client engagements; mentor staff; drive business development; and maintain industry and technical knowledge to improve client outcomes and firm performance.
