Provide proactive administrative support to Client Service Team and Lead Advisors: manage calendars, travel, client communications, billing/reporting, financial tasks, event and proposal support, train staff, suggest process improvements, and assist reception while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Serve as trusted advisor for agribusiness clients by delivering accounting, tax, and advisory services; lead and execute client engagements; mentor staff; drive business development; and maintain industry and technical knowledge to improve client outcomes and firm performance.

Participate in a spring tax and accounting internship providing hands-on client work, comprehensive training, and mentorship. Support team-based and independent projects across diverse client industries while developing accounting skills and professional communication in a collaborative environment.
