Lead and manage PMHNP Clinical Decision Making curriculum and faculty, oversee clinical placements/preceptors and CoreELMS operations, teach assigned PMHNP courses and immersion experiences, resolve student and faculty issues, ensure regulatory and Board of Nursing compliance, and support faculty development and program quality.

Supervise a cohort of 8-10 graduate/MSW licensure interns through weekly individual supervision, review of process recordings, evaluations, approval of hours, and coordination with secondary supervisors across campus. Attend required trainings, use tools like Starfish, Tevera, Google Suite, and Zoom, and perform other duties as assigned. Position is part-time (8-13 hrs/week), 10-months, and eligible for remote or hybrid work.

Provide strategic and tactical oversight of online program operations for the School of Social Work. Manage staffing, budgets, enrollment projections, compliance, data reporting, vendor/partner relationships, and continuous process improvement. Supervise staff, support faculty and students, lead projects across campus, and implement operational policies to advance efficiency and service quality.
