Leads the Bank’s enterprise risk management framework, including risk identification, assessment, aggregation, monitoring, mitigation, reporting, and governance. Oversees risk appetite, policies, taxonomy, KRIs, GRC systems, and enterprise risk initiatives. Presents actionable risk insights to executive leadership, the Board, regulators, and stakeholders while mentoring risk team members and promoting consistent risk practices across the organization.

Build and maintain ETL pipelines, integrate data from multiple sources into warehouses, automate data collection, and perform cleansing, validation, and quality monitoring. The role supports on-premises and cloud analytics platforms, documents technical processes, and collaborates with Agile teams under the guidance of senior data engineers and data scientists.

Provides analytical and portfolio management support for commercial and business banking. Responsibilities include spreading and analyzing financial statements, preparing cash flow models and credit write-ups, monitoring loan covenants and portfolios, assessing creditworthiness, and recommending actions for monitored accounts. Partners with loan officers and underwriting teams on new, renewal, and extension loans while ensuring regulatory compliance.
