Conducts classroom, virtual, and one-to-one training for retail banking associates. Evaluates competency, identifies knowledge gaps, organizes training sessions, presents learning materials, develops learning aids, tracks attendance and documentation, reports program effectiveness, and recommends training improvements. Requires extensive classroom teaching, travel, strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.

Provides proactive, high-level administrative and operational support to senior executives, including calendar and communications management, correspondence, meetings, travel, expenses, records, regulatory responses, vendor coordination, presentations, compliance activities, and special projects. Serves as a liaison among executives, associates, customers, and vendors while researching business issues and tracking departmental activities.

Supports commercial bankers by managing loan documentation, renewals, compliance exceptions, client communications, financial data collection, and loan monitoring reports. Coordinates with clients, attorneys, title companies, insurance agents, portfolio managers, and internal bank departments. Assists with construction loan disbursements, wires, overdrafts, account maintenance, and customer service while proactively addressing documentation and administrative issues.
