Supports NATO and joint military capability development across Multi-Domain and Joint Effects. Responsibilities include integrating non-kinetic and kinetic effects, analyzing and tracing operational and interoperability requirements, reviewing doctrine, synchronizing DOTMLPFI development, coordinating complex projects, and advising senior leaders on capability-development courses of action.

Supports Joint Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance and Awareness capability development across DOTMLPFI. Performs intelligence fusion and integration analysis, requirements elicitation and traceability, doctrine review, project support, stakeholder coordination, synchronization, and development of courses of action. Briefs senior leaders and supports multinational NATO or national military organizations in complex capability-development programs.

Coordinates international security operations for high-profile events and missions. Responsibilities include analyzing travel and intelligence data, conducting risk assessments and site surveys, evaluating counterintelligence risks, developing security plans, briefing travelers and senior leaders, and coordinating with law enforcement, intelligence agencies, emergency responders, and external security organizations.
