Own and evolve Simile’s visual brand as the company creates a new category. Define visual systems, typography, motion, imagery, guidelines, and templates; lead campaigns and launches across web, video, print, events, and social; art direct internal and external work; translate positioning into compelling visuals; and maintain high craft standards while iterating quickly.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for Simile’s sales and deployment strategy teams. Responsibilities include owning candidate experience, partnering with hiring managers, advocating for the employer brand, improving recruiting processes, analyzing AI go-to-market talent trends, and developing proactive sourcing strategies. The role requires evaluating enterprise sales and deployment talent in technical environments and using AI tools such as Claude and Codex to create recruiting automations.

Own product surfaces end to end, designing novel enterprise experiences that make simulations, confidence scores, and complex behavioral data clear and actionable. The role combines visual and systems design, information architecture, interaction models, edge cases, typography, motion, and design-system evolution. The designer will also make small-to-medium front-end changes using AI tooling and engineering support. Experience with 0-to-1 products, enterprise users, high-stakes workflows, and complex data is required.
