Lead a delivery pod building production data platforms on Microsoft Fabric and Azure. Design lakehouse architectures, ingestion and orchestration strategies, governance, security, semantic models, CI/CD, and performance standards. Lead data engineers and BI developers, review code, estimate work, conduct client workshops, support presales, mentor engineers, and ensure quality through production handover. The role requires advanced SQL, Python/PySpark, dimensional modeling, Power BI, Azure data services, and at least two years of Microsoft Fabric experience.

Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of scalable Salesforce and Agentforce solutions, including AI-powered agents, workflows, integrations, and reusable components. Translate stakeholder requirements into enterprise-grade technical solutions, establish development standards, mentor Salesforce developers, lead implementation projects, and advance the organization’s Salesforce and Agentforce capabilities. The role requires expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, APIs, platform architecture, governance, and Agentforce deployment.

Generates qualified B2B sales pipeline through ICP-based prospecting, AI-assisted research, data enrichment, and multichannel outbound campaigns. Conducts qualification calls, personalizes messaging, manages sequencing and CRM data, monitors deliverability and campaign metrics, schedules qualified meetings, and improves targeting and conversion through close Sales and Marketing collaboration.
