Owns end-to-end procurement operations, including procure-to-pay processes, sourcing, RFQs, negotiations, vendor onboarding, invoice resolution, supplier performance, IT/software/SaaS procurement, KPI reporting, compliance, and cost optimization. The role coordinates with internal teams and international suppliers to ensure timely delivery, SLA adherence, operational efficiency, and continuous procurement improvement.

Outbound-focused Business Development Executive responsible for lead research, cold calling, email and LinkedIn outreach, managing CRM and prospect lists, setting qualified meetings, tracking outreach performance, and optimizing messaging for the US/Canada market while working US hours.

Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, metrics, discovery, prioritization, and stakeholder communication for client software products. Translate business goals into detailed product specifications, partner with solution architects on technical trade-offs, manage scope and budget impacts, and communicate releases and roadmap changes. The role requires strong product analytics, technical fluency, executive stakeholder management, written communication, and experience delivering SaaS or technical products with distributed Agile teams.
