Lead the IAM product roadmap and deliver Saviynt projects across the enterprise. Liaise between technical teams and executives, translate business requirements into solutions, oversee implementation, and drive stakeholder engagement to ensure timely, aligned delivery.

Provide Level 2 support for enterprise IAM platforms in a 24x7 operations environment. Troubleshoot authentication, SSO, provisioning, and identity governance issues; manage access lifecycle, respond to alerts, maintain runbooks, support audits, and participate in shift rotations.

Provide end-user IT support including laptop setup, software installation, account management, and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting. Support onboarding/offboarding, documentation, and IT operations tasks. Grow into business systems support by assisting with user administration, data maintenance, reporting, dashboards, testing, and process improvements for Sales and Marketing platforms.
