Integrate systems, build workflows and automation, perform testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and provide training and production support following SDLC and compliance standards.

Plan, design, and implement Endpoint Privileged Management (EPM) solutions across Windows, Unix/Linux, servers and databases. Perform capacity planning, installation, policy configuration, agent rollouts, testing, integration with IDPs/ITSM/SIEM, RBAC implementation, privilege elevation tuning, and provide documentation, training, and escalation support.
