Plan, design, and implement Endpoint Privileged Management (EPM) solutions across Windows, Unix/Linux, servers and databases. Perform capacity planning, installation, policy configuration, agent rollouts, testing, integration with IDPs/ITSM/SIEM, RBAC implementation, privilege elevation tuning, and provide documentation, training, and escalation support.

Provide Level 2 support for enterprise IAM platforms in a 24x7 operations environment. Troubleshoot authentication, SSO, provisioning, and identity governance issues; manage access lifecycle, respond to alerts, maintain runbooks, support audits, and participate in shift rotations.

Design, implement, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions; lead application onboarding and migrations; develop/customize IIQ workflows, rules, and Java-based integrations; integrate with AD, LDAP, HR systems, databases, and enterprise apps; provide IAM architecture and technical leadership while collaborating with security and infrastructure teams.
