Assess and document the client's Active Directory and Azure/Entra ID environments, identify configuration and operational gaps, run data-gathering using PowerShell and tools (SailPoint, ADUC, ManageEngine, StealthAUDIT), prioritize risks, provide remediation recommendations, estimate resources/skills/budget, and support domain consolidation and identity governance migration to Microsoft Purview.

Assess and architect Active Directory, Azure/Entra ID, and hybrid identity environments, including domains, forests, OUs, groups, authentication, and policies. Gather and analyze identity data using PowerShell, SailPoint, ADUC, ManageEngine, and StealthAUDIT. Identify and prioritize configuration and operational risks, recommend remediation, improve identity management processes, and estimate required resources, skills, timelines, and budgets.

Leads the design, implementation, configuration, integration, and support of Saviynt IGA solutions. Develops identity lifecycle, access governance, provisioning, certification, and application onboarding workflows; integrates IAM with enterprise applications, directories, cloud platforms, and HR systems. Troubleshoots technical issues, manages ITSM activities, drives engineering standards, collaborates with stakeholders, participates in Agile delivery, and mentors junior engineers.
