Greet and check in patients, manage scheduling and check-out, verify insurance, collect payments, scan and process medical records and referrals, handle phone calls and patient inquiries, and maintain organized patient forms and data entry.

Serve as a working supervisor providing clinical and administrative support to providers and staff, ensure compliance with OSHA/CLIA/HIPAA, oversee patient flow, staff training, timecards, AR tasks, supply ordering, and stand in for the Division Manager as needed.
