The role requires strong organisation, stakeholder management, commercial administration, Microsoft Office and ERP capabilities, with mining or heavy equipment experience advantageous.

Manage and optimize the marketing technology ecosystem, including websites, marketing automation, CRM, and connected digital platforms. Improve website performance, user experience, functionality, and conversion rates in collaboration with developers. Design marketing automation workflows, enhance CRM segmentation and lead tracking, and identify practical AI applications that improve marketing and customer experience efficiency. The role also requires applying SEO and CRO strategies across digital experiences.
