Coordinate apprentice onboarding, schedules, records, events, progress monitoring, and ongoing support. Liaise with managers, RTOs, trainers, and training teams to deliver learning programs and maintain compliance. Schedule internal and external training, coordinate work experience placements, and manage related risk assessments, agreements, and onboarding. Support training projects that contribute to organisational transformation.

Manage and grow relationships with Construction Industry customers, perform on-site equipment inspections using Cat Inspect, advise on repairs, warranties and maintenance programs, promote parts and service offerings, generate quotes, use CRM to log interactions, coordinate with parts/service teams, and execute weekly pre-call planning to meet sales and growth targets.

Provides broad HR and People Experience advisory support across employee lifecycle activities, employment relations, performance, grievances, investigations, remuneration, policy interpretation, reporting, leadership training, talent planning, and HRIS data integrity. Partners with leaders across multiple business units, ensures employment-law compliance, contributes to PX initiatives, and travels occasionally within New Zealand.
