Supports and optimizes hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure across Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, virtualization, storage, networking, identity, backup, and disaster recovery environments. The role delivers cloud transformation initiatives, automation with PowerShell, monitoring, troubleshooting, security improvements, Level 3 support, and technical guidance while collaborating with business and IT stakeholders.

Plans and executes territory sales coverage, promotes equipment rental, used, new, SEM, parts, and service offerings, manages leads and opportunities through closure, reports competitive activity, collects overdue customer debts, prospects for new customers, and participates in training and certification programs.

Supports the Workday HRIS roadmap by gathering requirements, improving employee lifecycle processes, documenting workflows, coordinating UAT, resolving system and data issues, and maintaining people data quality. The role partners with People and Culture, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, business leaders, and technical teams to deliver system enhancements and practical process improvements.
