Lead procurement sourcing activities, including RFQs, RFPs, tenders, supplier negotiations, commercial evaluations, contract documentation, onboarding, and performance management. Partner with stakeholders across the business, provide market and pricing insights, maintain governance and compliance, and improve sourcing and contracting processes. The role requires strong commercial judgment, analytical ability, stakeholder management, organization, and proficiency with Microsoft productivity tools.

Analyze procurement spend, supplier performance, market data, and purchasing trends to identify savings, risks, and sourcing opportunities. Develop dashboards, supplier scorecards, and performance reports; support tenders, pricing analysis, supplier negotiations, and commercial assessments. Improve data quality and procurement visibility while translating complex information into evidence-based recommendations for category managers and stakeholders.

Manage procurement category strategies across complex spend portfolios, lead strategic sourcing and tender processes, negotiate commercial agreements, manage suppliers, analyze spend and market data, improve supplier performance, strengthen governance, and deliver cost savings and supply resilience. The role partners with senior stakeholders across multiple sites and regions while driving continuous procurement improvement.
