Design and deliver AI learning programs for employees at all skill levels. Develop playbooks, prompt guides, use-case templates, and workflow toolkits for tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude. Facilitate workshops, onboarding, and self-paced learning; manage AI communities of practice; measure learning effectiveness through adoption data and feedback; and support change management and AI adoption across the organization.

Lead design and implement SimCorp Dimension IBOR solutions for asset management clients. Collaborate with senior stakeholders, mentor junior consultants, troubleshoot complex issues, manage client relationships, create documentation and integration plans, drive process improvements, and ensure high-quality project delivery while staying current with industry trends.

Develop and maintain enterprise full-stack features across front-end and back-end systems. Own feature delivery, scalability, performance, testing strategy, automation, and CI/CD improvements. Conduct exploratory testing, contribute to architecture and technical decisions, collaborate in a Scrum team, and mentor junior engineers. Apply software engineering best practices including TDD, pair programming, clean code, and Domain-Driven Design.
