Serves as the senior client-facing Securities Operations SME for APAC, managing escalations, governance, service reviews, onboarding, and managed-service oversight. Coordinates delivery teams across Manila and Noida, drives operational improvements, supports complex issues across six securities operations domains, and coaches regional analysts. Owns relationship-management strategy, backup coverage, and executive stakeholder engagement for asset management and investment operations clients.

Leads the architecture, security, delivery, and operational excellence of secure connectivity for an Azure-based SaaS platform. Responsibilities include Azure networking, client onboarding, VPN and firewall configuration, certificate lifecycle management, observability, incident response, root-cause analysis, change management, client workshops, documentation, automation, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, mentoring, and on-call support.

Monitor and support client analytics workflows on a global SaaS platform. Investigate and resolve production issues, manage incidents, collaborate across international teams, and improve dashboards, alerting, observability, and monitoring. The role also contributes to automation, root cause analysis, post-mortems, runbooks, and platform stability initiatives, with a development path toward Site Reliability Engineering.
