As a Founding Design Engineer, you'll design and develop an AI agents canvas, architect intuitive UI systems, and establish visual design standards while collaborating across the stack to enhance user experiences.

Build and own product features for Sim, an AI workspace for teams creating agents. Responsibilities span usability, reliability, user experience, platform performance, and end-to-end software ownership from ideation through production.

Serve as the company’s first sales hire, converting existing demand from engineering and IT teams into a repeatable sales motion. Responsibilities include identifying target teams, demonstrating the product to technical buyers, earning trust with engineers and IT leaders, and closing deals. The role requires experience as an early or founding sales representative and the ability to conduct product demos independently. Hiring includes an onsite live scenario and team interview.
