The Senior Product Engineer leads the product development lifecycle, managing design, testing, and cross-functional collaboration to meet customer needs.

Design and validate multi-layer PCBs and radio wiring harnesses, define stack-ups and materials, perform hardware bring-up and bench testing, troubleshoot mixed-signal and EMI issues, collaborate with PCB, FPGA, RF and software teams, and ensure manufacturability and compliance.

Design and develop electromechanical packaging for MANET radios, produce CAD drawings and BOMs, perform failure analysis, thermal design and testing, define DFM/DFA and manufacturing processes, support production and QA, and execute FAAT/DVT.
