The Senior Product Engineer leads the product development lifecycle, managing design, testing, and cross-functional collaboration to meet customer needs.

Lead end-to-end technical program execution for next-generation wireless and RF products. Own schedules, milestones, risks, and cross-functional coordination across systems, FPGA, software, RF, hardware, and QA. Maintain documentation and dashboards, drive design reviews and status reporting, and prepare executive presentations to deliver products on time and within scope.

Design and develop electromechanical packaging for MANET radios, produce CAD drawings and BOMs, perform failure analysis, thermal design and testing, define DFM/DFA and manufacturing processes, support production and QA, and execute FAAT/DVT.
