Supports HR with new-hire onboarding, workstation readiness, equipment coordination, training sessions, and site events. Maintains a professional, safe, organized workplace while coordinating with vendors, facilities personnel, internal departments, and visitors. The role is fully onsite in Salt Lake City and requires U.S. Person status plus successful background and drug screening.

Designs and executes comprehensive testing for networked electronic warfare and wireless communication systems. Responsibilities include developing test plans, building automation and logging tools, troubleshooting and qualifying new designs, analyzing system performance, supporting software feature rollouts, and demonstrating capabilities. The role requires extensive electronic warfare testing experience, embedded software and firmware testing, scripting, RF communications expertise, and laboratory instrumentation experience. It is fully onsite in West Los Angeles with occasional overnight travel.

Leads end-to-end technical program execution across R&D engineering lifecycles, coordinating Systems, FPGA, Software, RF, Hardware, and QA teams. Owns schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, documentation, dashboards, design reviews, stakeholder communications, and executive reporting. The role establishes program management practices while delivering complex wireless, hardware, and software products for mission-critical defense, public safety, and industrial applications.
