Support a portfolio of 30+ credit union partners by driving product adoption, delivering scalable training, managing onboarding and implementation, handling partner questions and escalations, and preparing business reviews. Track referrals, engagement, and utilization data to identify opportunities and inform product improvements. Build repeatable playbooks and enablement materials while coordinating cross-functional initiatives across partner, operations, product, and marketing teams.
