Perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, installation, conversion and optioning of electronic gaming machines. Record and report gaming and non-gaming revenues, maintain general ledger, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, support month- and year-end close, assist with audits, budgets, financial analysis, and process improvements across Silverton-managed business units.

Maintain and care for fish, reptiles, and other aquatic animals in a 117,000-gallon saltwater aquarium. Feed and monitor animals, perform water quality testing, maintain filtration/life support systems, manage quarantine protocols, maintain records, and support guest service standards.

Welcome and assist guests; check guests in/out; handle reservations, cancellations, and reservation calls; resolve guest concerns; sell sundries and gift shop items; coordinate with other departments and maintain service standards, appearance, attendance, and required certifications.

Lead and define IT project management processes across departments: scope, risk, resources, change control, and deployment. Maintain project documentation and MS Project, gather requirements, manage SOW/RFP, coordinate stakeholders, provide end-user training, support deployments, ensure SOP/compliance with Gaming Control Board, and uphold guest service standards.

Produce, maintain, and distribute recurring and ad hoc financial and operational reports for casino resort departments. Compile and validate data from multiple sources, prepare variance and trend analyses, dashboards, and executive summaries. Collaborate with finance, accounting, and operations to reconcile data, improve reporting processes, and present insights to leadership. Manage multiple deliverables, document methodologies, safeguard sensitive information, and support ad hoc analysis and special projects.

Set and clear tables, refill non-alcoholic beverages, assist with coffee service, maintain side stations and dining areas, polish glassware and silverware, follow appearance and service standards, and support team members per management direction.

Provide front-desk HR support, manage full team member lifecycle tasks, assist with onboarding, maintain HRIS data accuracy, support payroll cutoffs, handle confidential records, and drive process improvements across affiliated entities.

Provide hands-on operational and logistical support for entertainment and events: set up and breakdown, equipment handling, vendor coordination, inventory control, safety compliance, and day-of event support under the Entertainment & Events Manager.
