Lead all operational, financial, regulatory, staffing, sales, and resident-experience functions for a senior living community. The Executive Director will manage department leaders, oversee budgets and billing, improve occupancy and revenue, ensure California RCFE compliance, address resident and family concerns, and build strong relationships across the community and with external partners.

Provides clinical oversight in a senior living community, including resident assessments, documentation, medication and diabetic care, physician communication, appointment coordination, and collaboration with home health and hospice teams. Trains and supports caregiving staff while maintaining infection control and Title 22 compliance. Requires a California LVN license, CPR and First Aid certification, two years of nursing experience, and knowledge of gerontology, dementia care, and resident rights.
