Manage customized investment portfolios for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, endowments, and institutions. Responsibilities include asset allocation, active trading, risk management, cash and tax planning, client relationship development, business prospecting, portfolio recommendations, and coordination across portfolio management teams. The role requires strong fundamental research expertise, capital markets knowledge, investment decision-making, communication, and leadership skills.

Supports portfolio management and ultra-high-net-worth clients with account openings, money movements, asset transfers, account monitoring, client correspondence, custodial coordination, and account data maintenance. Reviews cash balances for liquidity needs, prepares client meeting materials and investment paperwork, coordinates signatures, and assists the family office with bill paying and tax payments. Requires strong organization, communication, follow-up, investment product knowledge, and client service skills.
