Lead product development and R&D experiments for plant-based bakery products, design and execute trials, analyze and document results, and coordinate full-scale production testing. Prepare technical reports, manage data/GDP-compliant records, and collaborate with production teams to optimize processes while accommodating production schedules and constraints.

Lead sales demand planning and S&OP activities to produce accurate SKU- and customer-level forecasts, run forecasting meetings, implement demand-planning tools, deliver forecast and order-status reporting, and manage the Customer Service team to ensure timely, accurate order information.

Lead design, programming, integration, commissioning, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of industrial automation systems including PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servos, robots, sensors, and industrial networks. Perform panel wiring, FAT/SAT, safety assessments, documentation, vendor coordination, and train operations/maintenance teams while ensuring regulatory and food-safety compliance.
