Support food product development and commercialization through hands-on lab and plant trials, analytical testing, formulation improvements, troubleshooting, and documentation. Collaborate with R&D, QA, Operations, and Procurement to monitor shelf life and sensory performance, operate and calibrate lab equipment, and assist with process validation and plant scale-up activities.

Provide Level 1–2 on‑site IT support for manufacturing operations, troubleshooting desktops, laptops, peripherals, network/wireless connectivity, and servers. Administer user accounts in Active Directory/Entra ID, coordinate vendors, support onboarding/offboarding, participate in IT projects, maintain documentation, and perform security investigations.

Supervise production operations to meet quality, safety, and productivity standards. Lead and coach teams, plan shifts, manage attendance and performance, inspect equipment, maintain KPIs, and develop/revise standard operating procedures.
