Supervise production operations to meet quality, safety, and productivity standards. Lead and coach teams, plan shifts, manage attendance and performance, inspect equipment, maintain KPIs, and develop/revise standard operating procedures.

Provide Level 1–2 on‑site IT support for manufacturing operations, troubleshooting desktops, laptops, peripherals, network/wireless connectivity, and servers. Administer user accounts in Active Directory/Entra ID, coordinate vendors, support onboarding/offboarding, participate in IT projects, maintain documentation, and perform security investigations.

The Marketing Coordinator will manage digital and social channels, execute marketing programs, and ensure project workflow alignment across brands, while collaborating with teams to drive communication and events.
