Own the lifecycle of Pasito’s broker, carrier enrollment, AI extraction, and plan-processing products. Define requirements, write product specifications, manage roadmaps, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and ensure quality through launch. Translate customer workflows into product decisions, communicate releases, train internal teams, and provide product expertise. The role requires strong organization, communication, user focus, and ownership in a fast-paced environment.

Build UI-heavy, product-focused fullstack experiences for Pasito’s AI benefits workspace. Own complex rich-text editors and real-time collaboration systems using ProseMirror, Tiptap, and Yjs; integrate AI and LLM workflows into data-rich interfaces; collaborate with Product, Design, Sales, and Client teams; and improve UI architecture, performance, correctness, testing, and user experience.

Build and deploy AI agents for enterprise customers, translating ambiguous operational challenges into technical designs and production solutions. Partner directly with customers, integrate systems and data flows, own deployment reliability and performance, test with real data, measure outcomes, and continuously improve solutions. Collaborate with Product and Engineering while contributing to scalable delivery tools, documentation, and best practices.
