The Clinical Educator is a registered nurse specializing in ICU/critical care who facilitates clinical education, consultation, administration, and quality improvement activities. The role supports excellence in nursing practice, maintains professional standards, and aligns educational priorities with patient, staff, and organizational needs. The position requires an Illinois RN license, a master’s degree, ICU experience, and current AHA Basic Life Support certification.

Provides professional nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for assigned patients. The Registered Nurse follows professional nursing standards and leads or supervises CNAs, SNAs, and other assigned healthcare workers. This is a full-time night-shift position in a freestanding emergency room, working 12-hour shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., with rotating weekends and holidays.

Provides professional nursing care for assigned emergency room patients by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care. Supervises CNAs, SNAs, and other assigned healthcare workers while maintaining professional nursing standards. This is a full-time afternoon shift position consisting of 12-hour shifts at the Homer Glen free-standing emergency room.
