Serve as the on-site HR leader for a family of companies, providing hands-on HR operations, multi-state compliance, investigations, performance coaching, benefits and leave administration, payroll support, recruiting/onboarding, and safety coordination. Act as a strategic partner to leadership while ensuring audit-ready HR records and consistent application of corporate policies across sites.

Serve as the primary financial lead for a manufacturing plant, owning monthly close, cost accounting, inventory reconciliation, variance analysis, budgeting/forecasting, AP/AR, and ad-hoc financial investigations. Provide actionable financial commentary, maintain GAAP compliance and internal controls, and partner with operations to optimize margins and resolve production variances.

Ensure workplace safety at an Alaskan processing facility by developing and implementing safety policies, conducting training and inspections, investigating incidents, maintaining safety documentation and regulatory compliance, and promoting a safety culture.
