Leads enterprise workforce travel and logistics across operating locations, including seasonal mobilizations, remote Alaska travel, charters, lodging, transportation, and visa-program onboarding. Administers Concur Travel and Zoho workflows, manages budgets, vendors, contracts, compliance, reporting, emergency response, and cross-functional service delivery. The role leads the travel team, coordinates high-volume workforce movements, maintains contingency plans, and improves cost, safety, data quality, and traveler experience.

Manages complex plant engineering and capital projects from concept through closeout, including facility construction, infrastructure upgrades, equipment installation, permitting, procurement, commissioning, budgets, schedules, risks, contracts, and vendor administration. Leads multidisciplinary teams, coordinates design reviews, supports capital planning, and reports progress to leadership. Requires manufacturing or food-processing experience, with seafood-processing experience preferred. Based in Seattle with travel to Alaska processing facilities up to 50% of the time.

The Chief Accounting Officer leads enterprise accounting, financial reporting, close and consolidation, SEC reporting readiness, audit relationships, technical accounting, SOX controls, inventory and plant cost accounting, and transaction accounting. It is based in Seattle with a hybrid schedule and periodic facility travel.
