Improve manufacturing systems to reduce costs and cycle time while increasing productivity. Monitor production outcomes, maintain capacity documentation and manufacturing alerts, assess shipment readiness, and collaborate with operations, equipment engineering, and process technology teams.

Evaluates and improves quality systems and manufacturing processes for semiconductor wafers. Leads root cause analysis, containment, quality task forces, audits, customer quality issue resolution, capability reporting, and process improvement projects. Ensures compliance with IATF 16949, customer requirements, and international quality standards while maintaining product traceability and acceptability. The role includes customer communication, quality training, cross-site coordination, cleanroom work, and domestic or international travel.

The Equipment Engineer II analyzes equipment performance, diagnostics, provides solutions for reliability and effectiveness, and oversees maintenance and improvement projects.
