Leads hospital operations and service improvement initiatives focused on patient satisfaction. Establishes service control processes, promotes continuous improvement, analyzes patient feedback and complaints, and develops reports to guide operational enhancements. Coordinates Front Office initiatives with Operations Excellence leadership and manages diverse healthcare and administrative teams.

Provides physiotherapy and medical rehabilitation services, including patient assessment, diagnosis of physical impairments, treatment planning, therapeutic procedures, patient education, follow-up scheduling, documentation, and quality and safety reporting. Maintains equipment and follows hospital procedures and applicable regulations. Requires a diploma in Occupational Therapy, at least one year of Occupational Therapist experience, and proficiency in physiotherapy techniques and individualized treatment planning.

Supervise front office registration operations, ensuring accurate patient and administrative data, compliant insurance payments, effective staff scheduling, and quality service delivery. Handle patient and visitor complaints, support employee training and evaluations, maintain safety and service procedures, provide operational coverage across registration units, and prepare reports for hospital leadership and performance monitoring.
